Guarantee Policy

Trees and shrubs in the nursery are guaranteed against death at full price from date of purchase through the first six months. From six months to 12 months, the plant is guaranteed at half price. After 12 months, there is no guarantee. The guarantee is applied as an exchange for the same plant (if appropriate), or as credit. To get an exchange or credit, the perished plant must be returned to the store with the dated receipt and plant tags. The guarantee does not apply to roses, annuals, perennials, and houseplants.
Furthermore, any live, healthy plant may be returned within one month for any reason for credit. True to type guarantee: varieties incorrectly identified on the label may be exchanged or credited.
OUR GUARANTEE APPLIES TO RETAIL CUSTOMERS ONLY. WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS ARE GUARANTEED THAT PLANTS ARE DISEASE FREE AT TIME OF PURCHASE, AND ARE TRUE TO TYPE.
